I have a T-mobile motorola v360 phone. Right now i'm not paying for internet access on my phone, so i don't have it. If i installed Opera Mini Web Browser on my phone, does that mean i could have internet access on my phone for free? I really don't think so, but i just wan't to see what others think.

no the browser is something you use (for free) to browse the net with. the connection has to be present. Opera is a browser, not an IP provider.
