I've recently created an HTML-based WAP site on a free server, I want to add a forum at the site, but i'm avoiding using the phpBB free servers available because it's data-intensive and therefore costly. I'm also considering the people that cannot run high-end J2ME applications such as Opera Mini 4. I've tried mobile.web.tr but they aren't accepting new registrations. Any help will be highly appreciated

The lightest forum that I know of is Vanilla Forum, and it is free.
You can also just do a Google search for free wap forums.
Also, just what exactly are you trying to do? I don't know of any mobile device that cannot browse a regular site without any problems. If you have internet access on your phone, you can browse any site. Maybe I've just always had good service?
